Accessibility
We want everyone to be able to find and read a role here, whatever device or assistive technology they use.
What we aim for
The site is designed to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.
What that means in practice
- Every page can be used with a keyboard, with a visible focus indicator and a link to skip to the main content.
- Text and controls meet AA colour contrast, and no information relies on colour alone.
- Pages reflow down to 320 pixels wide and remain usable at 200% zoom.
- Headings, landmarks, lists and form labels are marked up for screen readers.
- Search results announce their count when filters change.
- Motion is minimal and is switched off when your device asks for reduced motion.
- Job listings and navigation work without JavaScript.
How it was tested
The templates were checked against WCAG 2.2 AA using automated contrast and markup checks, keyboard-only navigation and responsive review at 320 pixels, tablet and desktop widths. The site has not yet had an independent audit or testing by assistive technology users, and we will update this statement when it has.
Known limitations
- Saving a job and filtering without a page reload need JavaScript. Filtering still works without it using the Apply filters button.
- When you apply for a role you leave for the employer’s website, which we do not control.
