Privacy Counsel, EMEA - Financial Services
Fully on-site - Marylebone, London, UK
Salary dependent on experience
Responsibilities:
- Advise on DPIAs relating to the implementation of new technologies being implemented across the business
- Handle DSARs
- Advise on broader digital regulations - DORA, EU AI Act etc.
- Draft, reviewing, negotiate commercial agreements
Requirements:
- UK qualified lawyer - c. 3-6PQE (flexibility on the PQE requirement)
- Open to in-house or private practice backgrounds
- Preference for somebody with financial services experience (either in-house experience at a FS firm, or experience advising FS clients in private practice)
